A graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law (2003), Rachel began her legal career defending Fortune 500 companies, but soon found her passion in representing individuals and families facing difficult circumstances. Her ability to secure justice against large corporations and government agencies has earned her a reputation as a tenacious advocate for the underdog.
With over 20 years of experience, Rachel has won millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for her clients in state, federal, tribal, and appellate courts. As a graduate of the prestigious Trial Lawyers College, she also shares her expertise by teaching continuing education courses for professionals across industries.
In 2015, Rachel founded one of Oklahoma’s largest all-woman law firms, Bussett Legal Group, with a focus on family law, civil rights, and personal injury. Now part of DiCello Levitt’s Cleveland office, Rachel continues her commitment to fighting for the rights of everyday people.
Outside the courtroom, Rachel is deeply involved in her community, volunteering with organizations that support children, families, veterans, and animals.
